Immirus

The Grand Fury, Red Titan, Meridan, of the Golden Geirendaul, the Icon of Force, Wrath of the Red Winds, Nature’s Scourge, the Grand Calamity, Mothermaer to the Titanic, King of Cataclysm, Grandfather to the Force of Life, the Strongest Warrior, the Great Equifier

The second of the triad that make the contrivertables, Immirus is regarded as the most powerful warrior physically to ever exist. Primarily regarded as the King of Cataclysm due to the associated myths and foretellings of the ideal’s role, the Grand Fury acts as the stirrer, scourge, and benefactor to the World’s physical body, the summoner of its ire, storms, winds, and quakes, the supposed maker of the Realm and Undercenter, and the one destined to bring the World’s catastrophe. His body, which takes resemblance to destruction itself, is of a gargantuan titan surrounded by a cyclonic torrent of storms—known as the Sundersail—which rips earth and rock. One so powerful, that only the deep dark entrapment of the Realm could contain, which is where he resides to offer fragments of his power to those wanting it, or dreading it.

Immirus’ infamy long shares amongst the races of the World, from the high Sunlands to the low Undercenter, and even deeper. He shares striking likeness to other deities and divines, like Huroas, the realmic numen of Force. Due to the relation of the titan and the Realm, it is supposed that not only were the hells born from his wrath, but so too the frenetic and frenzied denizens—the daemonic creatures—and monsters that inhabit it. As such, the dichotomy of perspective thrives from two sides: one likening the titan to a hellish, corrupting and cataclysmic being meant to destroy the World beneath malice, as evident to the Sundersail’s sheer power and nature of the ideal’s pacts, and the second, raised from history as a valiant and inspiring warrior who knows no obstacle and stands as the icon of power, above strength, and bravery before brawn. The latter, however, is not unfounded due to the profound origin that entangles the Red Titan.

Before holding the power as one of the ideals, Immirus held the name Meridan, of the Golden Geirendaul. A name few do not know—and none have bested. Meridan was the highest ranked warrior and general to the Golden army of the Hearthcity Aldin Arae. He amassed a formidable force—known as the Orahkan, or the Outer Vanguard—nearing five-hundred unkillable warriors who relentlessly shaped themselves to be, like their leader, matchless and powerful. Through their force, many times he abated the Shades of Kurne, and the eternal terror of the Great Enemies, and so wore the title of the Strongest Warrior to ever live. Eventually, his ‘demise’, as told in the tale of the Warrior's womb, was handed to him by the leader of titans, the Mothermaer, whereby Meridan’s defeat forced upon him an inheritance that forever changed his vessel and soul, ending his role within the Hearthcity Aldin Arae, yet starting another. In the wake of the battle and metamorphosis, he embodies the conjoining of the power of Force, an old and mystical form of physical strength, an undying flame of wrath, and the unignorable seal of power which rivals all.
